RRD Celebrates Pride Month

Ryan Ryan Deluca was proud to celebrate Pride Month 2024 as a firm and with our community.  With the support of firm leadership and members of the firm’s DE&I Committee, we sponsored and were actively involved in Connecticut pride events like Middletown’s Pride Fest and Norwalk’s Pride in the Park. As a law firm, we are proud to support LGTBQ+ rights and equality and recognize the role we play in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.

As Pride Month comes to a close, we take this opportunity to reflect on the progress that has been made and also recognize the work that still lies ahead.  We proudly stand with our LGBTQ+ employees, clients, and community in advocating for a world where everyone can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment or discrimination.
