RRD Recognized at USAA Claims Litigation Trial Summit

On February 6, RRD Partner James Noonan attended the USAA Claims' Injury and Litigation team's first ever Claims Litigation Trial Summit at their home office in San Antonio, Texas. The trial summit is a recognition event to honor the Injury and Litigation team and its attorneys for their outstanding efforts in defending USAA and its valued members throughout 2019.
At the event, RRD was additionally recognized for successfully trying 8 cases for USAA and its members in 2019.
Last year USAA Claims Litigation tried 658 cases with an 80.7% win ratio. In addition to tried cases, the team also handled 748 arbitrations, countless mediations, settlement conferences, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms throughout the year.
