Chuck Deluca Speaks to CBA on New E-Discovery Rules

Chuck Deluca addressed the Litigation Section of the Connecticut Bar Association on November 29, 2011 on the topic of electronic discovery in Connecticut. Chuck had served as the chairman of the committee which drafted the e-discovery rules which are scheduled to take effect on January 2, 2012.
