Charles Deluca and Beck Fineman speak at NARTC Annual Meeting

July 30, 2010 - (SANTA FE, NM) – Partner Charles Deluca and Associate Beck Fineman recently attended the 56th Annual Meeting of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The conference was held at the Inn and Spa at Loretta from July 25 though July 28.

On July 28, Attorneys Deluca and Fineman presented at the conference on the discovery and trial of a Federal Rail Safety Act case.

The National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC) is a dynamic, non-profit organization comprised of outstanding railroad defense trial attorneys from across the United States and Canada. Membership in NARTC is limited to lawyers who handle litigation and/or related matters for railroads or their affiliated entities, or who handle litigation or other legal matters directly affecting railroads.
