We are pleased to announce that Patrick J. Corcoran has been named a Partner at Ryan Ryan Deluca. Pat has been serving as Counsel with the firm, and this well-earned promotion reflects his outstanding legal acumen, leadership, and deep commitment to client service.
Pat brings over two decades of diverse litigation experience to his new role as Partner. He began his career at Shearman & Sterling in New York, handling complex commercial and financial disputes. After moving to Connecticut, he practiced at Wiggin and Dana, focusing on medical malpractice, franchises, and aviation matters.
Pat then spent 17 years in-house, primarily as Head of Litigation for North America at Otis Elevator Company, where he led a team managing a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters. He later served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Republic Services in Phoenix, overseeing high-stakes liability and OSHA cases.
At the firm, Pat focuses on civil litigation defense, including personal injury, product liability, railroads, professional negligence, and employment matters.
He holds a B.A., cum laude, from Boston College and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar and Articles Editor for the St. John’s Law Review.
