Pamela Miller is an attorney in the firm’s health care professional liability department.
Pam returns to private practice after serving in various roles at a large national not-for-profit health care organization, including Associate Counsel at its local health system, and most recently as the Director of Risk Management for the Northeast Region. Pam’s private practice and in-house experience includes defense of hospital and professional liability matters, hospital and health care regulation, survey and accreditation, clinical research and risk management.
Pam has experience litigating matters to trial and in defending health care providers before licensing authorities. Pam is often asked by health care associations to present on professional liability and risk management topics of interest.
Pam received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
