Colleen M. Magarian
Colleen M. Magarian joined Ryan Ryan Deluca in 2018 with over eight years of experience representing insurers in coverage litigation and arbitration, coverage determinations, and defense of insureds in negligence litigation. In addition, Colleen served as a freelance reporter for the prestigious National Law Journal for many years, writing weekly articles for the Court Decisions section and occasional feature stories. She also has experience in international trade compliance.
At Notre Dame Law School, Colleen was a notes editor and a published author for the Journal of Legislation. As an undergraduate, Colleen was the recipient of the Outstanding Student Achievement Medal for her class as well as a member of the President’s Society, and spent a semester studying east-west trade and marketing at the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary.
Colleen’s practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice and automobile liability litigation. She is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
